We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to promote our Commercial Furniture brand throughout our New South Wales operations. We're searching for driven, motivated and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic sales team as we continue to grow the business.

About the role

Located in our Sydney office in Waterloo, your duties will include:

  • Developing and building new client relationships
  • To ensure the growth of sales through the ownership of customer accounts
  • Know and understand the sales trends and sales forecasts with the aim to maximise budgets
  • To work with the relevant divisional managers and the marketing manager to execute product launches and other marketing initiatives 
  • Ensuring customers are provided with outstanding service that always exceeds their expectations


About you

You are an enthusiastic and a genuine individual, who is naturally a people person and loves to build relationships within their network. We're not micro managers here, so you are happy to adopt a proactive approach and show initiative.

You enjoy working as a member of a team and have the interests of the broader business at heart. To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience dealing with the A&D market as well as getting specifications through the designer’s.
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders of all seniorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word package skills
  • Knowledge and related industry experience within a commercial environment
  • Previous experience within the commercial furniture sector is desirable, but not essential
