About The Role

We are actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to promote our Commercial Furniture brand throughout our Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland operations. We're searching for driven, motivated and ambitious individuals to work closely with our dynamic sales team as we continue to grow the business.  

This role would suit a Marketing Graduate (With internship experience) or candidates with 1-3 years experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

You will effectively promote the business and continuously enhance the excellent reputation of our company and also develop marketing strategies, objectives and targets, as well as analyse the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements.

Responsible for the following:

  • Creating and uploading fresh content to social media channels regularly including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, our blog, as well as any new platforms that may become relevant
  • Reporting to the GM & CD at least fortnightly on all relevant activities connected to the website and social media channels including content and product upload progress, traffic to site, relevant customer and product insights, data and recommended courses of action deciphered from the data moving forward
  • Maintaining strong, impeccable and consistent brand appearance, ‘voice’ and presentation of products in showroom, across all communication, online forums and on the website
  • Creating and uploading fresh content regularly and new product when released
  • Delivering speedy and exceptional customer service to all online communities and enquiries stemming from such resources
  • Responding to customer enquiries via social/web engagement and referring to sales department when required
  • Content & product upload management involving copywriting, ensuring presentation and specifications are correct and that images are consistently sized

You will need to actively embrace the business purpose, philosophy and attitudes required to be successful at James Richardson.

To be considered for this role you must have:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline and/or extensive practical experience. 1 - 3 years’ experience working in a similar role preferred yet not essential
  • High degree of working knowledge of relevant computer software packages relating to graphic design (such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop), website content management systems and desktop publishing applications
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team, and establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
  • Proven examples of collaborating, negotiating and communicating with a range of audiences and stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
