THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Counter Manager with a passion for beauty and skincare products, to join our sales team at Brisbane Domestic Airport.. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team. In this opportunity you will represent MAC.

Your duties will include:

• Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
• Coach and motivate team members to provide excellence customer service
• Providing solid and effective leadership at all times
• Ensure the MAC counter is sufficiently staffed at all times to maximise our sales opportunities

ABOUT YOU

• Previous retail/sales experience in beauty (cosmetics and skincare)  
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded

DETAILS OF THE ROLE  

• Brisbane Domestic Airport
• Full time position - 76 hours per fortnight 
• 2 weeks rotating roster and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
